Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
You have the right to cancel your purchase within14 dayswithout giving any reason. The period begins from the moment the goods are received by you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier.
Return Procedure
- Inform us of your decision to return the item by completing thewithdrawal formor by sending a message to our email.
- Send the item back within 14 days of notifying us about the return.
- We will refund your payment within 14 days after receiving the returned item.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following categories of goods:
- - Digital goods available for immediate download after purchase.
- - Items made to your individual order.
- - Items that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons.
