Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins from the moment the goods are received by you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier.
Return Procedure
- Inform us of your decision to return the item by completing the withdrawal form or by sending a message to our email.
- Send the item back within 14 days of notifying us about the return.
- We will refund your payment within 14 days after receiving the returned item.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following categories of goods:
- - Digital goods available for immediate download after purchase.
- - Items made to your individual order.
- - Items that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons.
